Tips to Success

  • We highly recommend you complete your online portion at least 7–10 days prior to your in-class session. This leads to a greater chance of success.
  • Learn in an environment you are most comfortable in.
  • Limit your environmental distractions while working on your course.
  • We advise not completing your online program in one long session. Take your time and enjoy your learning experience. Completing a module every few days is a great strategy for success.
  • Using headphones will heighten your learning experience.
  • Reference your PDF book for more information on the topics covered in your eLearning course.

Testimonials

  • I have taken a number of CPR-C and First Aid courses throughout my life, but I can confidently say, I've never enjoyed learning the content as much as I did through Heaven Can Wait. Having teaching experience myself, I could really appreciate the time, energy and thought put into the online modules to make it engaging! It explains concepts in a way that is easy to understand, and provides numerous opportunities to apply our knowledge using interactive modules. I don't think I've ever taken an online course, in any subject matter, that has done such an amazing job at teaching the content!

    — Sureka Kumaran

  • I recently completed the Emergency First Aid / CPR - AED C course, choosing the hybrid model of online and in person training. I can't stress enough how easy the process was. I called to register because I was unaware registration was to be completed online, yet still received exceptional customer service. The online portion was actually very informative without getting too complicated. It's not a cookie cutter program, Heaven Can Wait has a tailor made program, and the effort really shows. Then the in class portion was great as well. Instructor kept things interesting, kept things moving, and all public health guidelines followed (very safe). Most importantly, the program was VERY AFFORDABLE. That was truly my deciding factor to make the purchase, but Heaven Can Wait shattered my expectations. Highly recommend.

    — Simranjit Singh

  • This was the first time I actually enjoyed learning First Aid and CPR and I didn't feel intimidated. The online program was a blast. It was an actual story that progressed through the program, very neat. Very-well priced for the amount of material and knowledge you receive. You also get a book. Highly recommended.

    — Julie Tye

  • I am a veterinarian and I have just completed my online First Aid and CPR certification with Heaven Can Wait. This was a great and innovative way to take learning First Aid and CPR to a new level and convenience. I didn't have to give up a whole weekend, eLearning was a breeze and David made the in person portion fun and safe. David is a top notch instructor. Overall they offer an Excellent online program which was clear, concise and very easy to follow. Highly recommend this learning style and approach. Thank you HCW. 5/5!

    — Dr. Shane Cowan

  • Their elearning was very informative, and they send you a welcome email with a FREE digital first aid book which was very helpful to complete the program! The scenarios are engaging and made it very easy to learn. It also saved my progress so I could access it from my tablet on the go and my desktop at home, so that was nice!

    — Pauline Siebert

  • I work in the healthcare field and I am required to take CPR yearly for my job. Because of certain restrictions due to COVID, I found it very challenging to find a company who could provide certification. I came across Heaven Can Wait and their online eLearning course. This was a mix of online and in-class training. I truly enjoyed this way of learning, the attention to detail I found during this certification was outstanding. A great reference manual was also provided. I highly recommend this company and their programs!

    — Meagan Rosenberg

  • I’m a student at Humber College in the Personal Support Worker accelerated program. I just finished the online CPR and BLS lessons and I have to declare that it was really enjoyable!

I really liked the animated and narrated videos (with the option to have captions), the real life scenarios, the multiple choice quizzes, the illustrations, the ease and flow of learning, the quick tip videos etc. I also like that I was able to participate on my mobile phone as well as on the computer! It was engaging, interesting and interactive! You really thought of it all! I learned so much and remembered just as much which is great!
